Moving is crazy and having your bank account closed against your will leads to immense stress sometimes. I forgot that my website auto-renews every July. Of course, they tried to charge the account that was closed because the bank didn’t like my address. I won’t bore you with the hoops I had to jump through to get this all changed. I am good for another year.
I have lots of topics I have been thinking about–soon! All I will say for now:
- I had the big 62 birthday and marched down to the ranger station to get my Senior Parks Pass!
- I have plans to head to Florida for the fall and early winter! I have a volunteer gig down there starting Sept 6, 2016. Any suggestions for low cost/free camping in the south? I will head to Ohio first, then south to northern FL! Not sure of my departure date but by mid-August for sure!!
- Life is good but I am eager to hit the road again!
Lots of great RV parks in Florida. Pretty sure there are some 55+ ones as well. If you get a chance go to the Emerald Beach, drive the highway that follows the gulf from at least Florida to Louisiana! It is stunning. Stop in Biloxi/Gulf Port, lots of history. We worked hurricane Jorge there and really loved it, people are beyond nice. Safe travels, can’t wait for updates and photos.

Woohoo!!! Florida bound…cant wait for more details. I may be headed there sooner than expected…skin cancer and backed up in SC. May have found a surgeon can accept my insurance in northern FL. Another roadblock…getting really tired of them these days!!
