I am picking lots of eggplant, cucumbers, squash, beans, onions, kales, and carrots. From these  I put up another 2 dozen jars of pickles, dilly beans, squash pickles and mixed vegetables. Somehow, my garden is producing. The few pickling cucumber plants that made it to maturity are loaded.
