I took a second look at my road trip photos this morning and I will be going back to the Majestic Plains point of interest on a nicer day. Although this shot in not composed well, it has so much potential: the old wind mill in the foreground and the massive power lines heading into the greater Denver area.

Also interesting–a wind farm is not far from that pullover spot. Wondering now if I can get the old wind mill, power lines and a wind generator all in one shot. And if not there, maybe somewhere west of Cheyenne, at a huge wind farm. This will be a fun new project and might motivate me to finally learn more about photography and my camera’s manual settings.
