Packing the Tow Vehicle – Part Two

It is time to finish packing the tow vehicle and get out of here! Remember the photos of the nice neat van with storage containers and a mattress? Well, after all the packing, it looks like this:

Bedding, solar panel, chair, table, paddles, small hand truck for water, all accessible from rear doors

And the view from the side doors now:

Keep in mind that black duffel, will refer to it in next post.

I really like to hang things, easy to store and easy to find. Egads! Plastic storage.

The bags hanging on the left are First Aid and Survival bags…a list is coming one of these days when I am situated in a quiet spot and feel like making a list and photographing that stuff. Also hanging on that side: bag with papers and computer. Hanging to the right: jackets, fleece, life jackets, etc. In the drawers: one burner stove, fuel, coffee, pan, cup,  hand/feet warmers, fire starter stuff, bungee cords. You can also see two bins with 8 gallons water, which is in addition to what I have stowed under the bed. As I have mentioned before, the van is self-contained, and I can sleep in it and cook food. Even has a port-a-potty.

Next up: packing clothes in the camper!
